About MetaScore and the founder

Why We Exist

Health is not just about numbers. It’s about how your body manages and stores energy, especially how it handles sugar and fat. With two simple wellness markers — morning blood sugar and cholesterol — combined with everyday functional checks like movement and balance, we can see useful patterns in your metabolism.

All of this comes together in a simple, colour-coded score that reflects your current balance. It makes your health visible, trackable, and empowering. Instead of wondering if your lifestyle is working, you can see the progress in real time.

Born From Necessity and Love

This program wasn’t built in theory — it was born from experience, loss, and a deep need for change.

I lost my closest friend to a heart attack at just 43. My mother survived a massive heart attack while exercising in the very place that was meant to keep her safe. She later had a triple bypass. My stepfather didn’t make it; a sudden heart attack took him too soon. My aunt died of a stroke in my mother’s arms.

These moments don’t fade. They shape you forever.

On top of that, I carry my own genetic hand of cards — a mutation that raises my cholesterol no matter how “healthy” I appear on the outside. I live with the knowledge that if I don’t track and act early, the same fate could be waiting for me.

Experience That Shapes Purpose

For thirteen years, I worked at world-leading destination spas in Thailand, guiding people from around the globe toward better health. There, I saw clearly: information alone doesn’t change lives. What does is when knowledge is turned into practice — when health is measured, explained, and made meaningful for the individual sitting in front of us.

And I know I’m not alone. Most of us have felt the shadow of disease in our families, or seen someone we love brought low by illness. That pain is the reason we are here — because none of us should be powerless in the face of preventable suffering.

Bridging Two Worlds

That’s why MetaScore exists. It’s not just about numbers or scorecards. It’s about giving practitioners the tools to translate those numbers into direction and empowerment.

Medicine is designed to track disease once it has already arrived. The wellness world, meanwhile, is full of devices and advice, but it’s scattered and unstructured. What has always been missing is a unified system that ties it all together — a map that helps people see risk earlier and act sooner.

MetaScore bridges that gap. It brings together the medical precision of markers with the coaching power of wellness. The result is a safe, structured path that empowers people long before crisis strikes.

Our Promise

This is more than a training. It’s a movement — a promise to turn pain into power. Every protocol, every framework, every page in this program is shaped by both professional insight and personal scars.

Our mission is simple: to help people live longer, fuller, stronger lives. And in doing so, to transform the lessons of loss into a legacy of hope and health.

About Anthony Augustin, PhD

I’ve spent most of my life fascinated by how people can change. Not just in theory, but in practice — in the everyday choices that shape energy, mood, and resilience. My career began in the spa and wellness world, where for thirteen years I worked with guests from around the globe at two of the world’s leading destination spas in Thailand. Those years taught me something priceless: people don’t just want advice — they want clarity, direction, and proof that what they’re doing is working.

But my passion for health isn’t only professional. It’s personal. I’ve lost loved ones to sudden heart attacks and strokes. I’ve watched my own family face the kind of health crises that shake you to the core. And I carry my own genetic risk, which means I don’t have the luxury of ignoring my numbers. I live what I teach — measuring, learning, adjusting, staying one step ahead.

That mix of personal scars and professional experience is what drives me. MetaScore is not just a framework; it’s my way of giving people the same tools I use to keep myself on track. My mission is simple: to help you live stronger for longer, with the clarity and confidence to make your health choices count.
