What's a MetaScore?
Your MetaScore is a single number from 0–100 that combines your glucose patterns, blood pressure trends, and daily habit score into one easy-to-read result. It comes with a colour zone — so you can see at a glance whether you're in Optimal, Balance, Watch, or Check In. It updates as your data builds, giving you a clear picture of your overall direction.
Is this just for people who are unwell?

How does the app know when something is drifting?

Does the finger-prick hurt?
