Assessment Battery
Auto-selected from client age. Tap to switch before entering any data.
Resting Heart Rate
Client seated and still. Pulse device attached. Wait 30 seconds for a stable reading. Record before any test begins.
Protocol Checklist
Resting HR (bpm)
Grip Strength
Dominant hand. Seated, arm at side, elbow at right angle, wrist neutral. Three attempts. App records best.

Push-ups
Plank or knee-modified. Chest to fist height. Elbows fully extend. Test ends on the first failed rep — that rep is not counted.
Protocol Checklist
Plank or knee-modified position confirmed
Knee-modified reduces upper body demand but scores accurately. Agree the position before starting. Do not switch mid-test.
Chest must reach fist height
Place your closed fist flat on the floor directly under the client's chest. Each rep must touch the fist. Partial reps do not count.
First failed rep ends the test
Stop counting when: chest does not reach the fist, elbows do not fully extend, or hips sag or rise. Do not count that rep. The final score is completed good reps only.

Vertical Jump
Wall-and-chalk method. Record standing reach first, then jump reach. Three attempts with 30 seconds between each. App records best.
Protocol Checklist
You have the wall marked and chalk on the dominant hand
Use chalk or a marker on the fingertips of the dominant hand. The client stands flat-footed next to the wall and reaches up as high as possible — mark that point first. That is the standing reach baseline.
You have recorded the standing reach height
Standing reach must be marked before any jump. The jump height is the difference between standing reach and the highest chalk mark. Without this baseline the score is meaningless.
You have confirmed the client jumps straight up with no run-up
The client bends their knees and jumps directly upward from a standing position. No step, no hop, no run-up. A run-up inflates the score and invalidates the norm comparison.
